PUMA and Aston Martin Aramco Formula One have just unveiled the Select Collection as their latest fanwear range, tapping into the quiet, behind-the-scenes pace of motorsport while keeping things grounded in pieces you can actually wear in everyday life. Instead of relying on flashy racetrack vibes, it draws on the people who make race weekends run smoothly, the engineers, mechanics and crew, and transforms that functional, straightforward energy into a collection that feels comfortable, casual and easy to integrate into everyday life.
The Select collection keeps things simple in the best way possible. Each piece has that workwear-inspired feel without being cumbersome, and the Full-Zip Hoodie offers a soft, vibrant comfort that makes it an instant go-to. The return of the PUMA Inverse sneakers is perhaps the most stylish part, a little nod to motorsports refreshed just enough to fit today’s streetwear movement. Everything feels well thought out, with high quality, active materials and clean cuts that move well and aren’t too taxing. It’s one of those drops where you can tell the focus was on making really good pieces and not just sticking two logos next to each other.
What gives the capsule a bit of heart is the way it highlights the people who rarely get the spotlight. And if you’re in London, PUMA’s brand new Oxford Street store is hosting a launch moment where fans can view the collection in person, along with a full Aston Martin Aramco F1® car. The PUMA x Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team Select Collection is available now at select PUMA stores and puma.com.
